OUr story
We are a second generation contractor in the MD/DC area. Giovanni has on the field experience of over 15 years but a lifetime experience with his upbringing. A University of Maryland at College Park graduate who provide a unique service tailored to your specific needs. We are fully licensed and insured in Maryland and in the District of Columbia.
Over the past 5 years our portfolio has grown from smaller construction to include elaborate and detailed decks and entire homes. Particularly ADU’s in the District of Columbia.

Timeless Home Improvement recently helped us close off our first floor rec room so that we could have a dedicated home office room. They installed a wall and custom door. Giovanni and his team were very responsive, prompt, extremely professional, respectful of our space, and timely. The quality of the work was excellent and they were very thorough. We plan on using Timeless Home Improvement for any future home renovations and would highly recommend Giovanni and his team!
We hired Timeless Home Improvement to build a new deck, pergola and patio for our yard. We also had them replace our old aluminum siding with new vinyl. They communicated very well and advised us on options. We’re fair with their prices. It was difficult to get some of the products we wanted during the pandemic, but they searched lots of vendors to try and get our materials asap. The workers were all very friendly and courteous. We liked them so much, we had them come back a month later to re-do our front porch steps and railing.
We recommend Giovanni and Timeless Home Improvement. His crew installed a portico with a copper roof above our kitchen door. His carpenter and roofer are very talented, and the result is beautiful. It was easy dealing with Giovanni, who was always very responsive.
We recently had to renovate two bathrooms in our 90 year old home. Giovanni and the Timeless crew did a great job on replacing a considerable amount of plumbing, bathroom fixtures, tile, and expanding a half bath to include a shower. In addition, they re-configured a bedroom closet (to make room for the shower) and replaced our living room and bedroom ceilings.What we appreciated most about the Timeless crew:Giovanni communicated regularly about who would be in our home doing what and when;The crew showed up on time every day, (and they did not insist on coming at extremely early times in the morning);Giovanni and the crew listened to our ideas, and were willing to do everything that we wanted. We especially appreciated the careful tile work (see photo below);Giovanni offered great suggestions, including a pocket door for the reconfigured closet, and he was very patient as we made decisions along the way;When we made changes in the original plan, Giovanni was very straightforward and reasonable about what the changes would cost;There was an unforeseen (and unforeseeable) delay in finishing the job, but Giovanni very graciously made up for that with pro bono work;We were working from home while the renovation was going on, and we appreciated that the crew always wore masks.We are very happy with the results of the work by Timeless Home Improvement!
